Always binged after
just seemed to be too much food
I usually say...ok I'm wont eat to much food today but I always do.
it was ok for a little while but with working days and having to eat while i work was not helpful cause i work in a cafe
It made me feel horrible
Fad diets don't work.
Might work for "healthy" people but not me.
This seemed like such a great plan, but alas, I couldn't stick to it. If I didn't work, maybe, but I don't have the luxury of eating every three hours.
