I liked the diet, but I am not much on the packaged foods, and sometimes I just cannot eat the amount of food that you are supposed to eat

It's very difficult for me becouse my problem is that I don't eat a lot. They are some days that I only eat a snack, so Im trying to eat 6 times a day now to boost my metabolism.
