When I eat every 3 hours, my hunger is satisfied.
It's great because it's more about a lifestyle change...not so much about starving. It gets you to think about what you put in your body and you get to eat very often which is great for me!
Really good way to learn to eat healthy. I joined this and ww together. I count points not calories but I eat every 3 hours.
I ate 4-5 small meals per day and I gained weight. Something tells me that structured diets make me gain because my body isn't used to eating as much food as they require.

It definitely revs your metabolism. I lost about 20 lbs on this a few years ago. I just can't afford to keep enough food in the house anymore to stick with it.
