I have come a long way and thanks to Daily Strength, I was able to grow, learn, and share. Knowing my triggers and Using Affirmations and Cognitive Therapy has been a big help in my recovery....

Im in tears right now, I have to share this and you all are the only ones who will understand how powerful this is. I finally got some strength to start cleaning out my closet where so many of Shannon's things are. My clothes also are just stacked so high because I always gave her so many of my things.
