   Thanks for bringing it up. I did go through that a few years ago, and then I found "safe foods" particular to me only that I could get started eating again when I wasn't absorbing much.

   It is possible if you suffer from IBS symptoms as part of your ME as I do. Always worth taking supplements and making sure you have a good diet with as few allergens as possible.
