Great day!  I am new!!!!!!!!!  I slept in my old bed at my parents house.  Wonderful.  I ate well today and exercised for 30 minutes.  >50 hours sober!  I had a nice guitar lesson with David.  I had an excellend visit with my therapist Linda.  I told her that I am an alcoholic and she gave me the number of Debbie (AA).  I am going to AA with Debbie tomorrow night after work.  I went to Ballys and joined the gym today!!!!!!!!  I went to Dr. Murphy and had to get weighted (bla!) and I told her that I am an alcoholic.  She contragratulated me for coming honest.  She gave me the number to the National Drug and Alcohol Abuse Helpline.  I am to call tomorrow to setup rehab.  Great day!  Watching Jay Leno right now.  Going to bed soon!  Thanks B to God!
