ate half a cup of yogurt today and two strawberries...helped my brother move in and havent chewed nad spat in 6 days it wil be a week tomorrow!

I read in your profile you're trying to overcome chewing and spitting. Please post again, because you know it's bad for you. Don't try and kid yourself into thinking it's good in any way. You're very light, and you need to eat. Take great care, Juice.
