  hi I am going in for an endiscopy in a few weeks most likely.I have been very nervous too. glad you wrote in. the answers have relieved my fears by leaps and bounds. hope all goes well for yours and they can help you feel better

  I have this hernia thing also.Had the tube only they went down into my intestines to explore for systs,etc.Had a slight sore throat after,that was it.Hope your Dr. waits for you to wake up before he starts talking to you about how the procedure went,mine didnt,good thing my grown daughter was there to tell me what he said.Dont worry,itll be over before you know it.IF anything went wrong they know how to deal w/that as well.Never heard of anyone ever having a prob. w/this procedure.Take care and God Bless, val
