OK
This is a good reminder why I left the hubby.
He decided after spending about 6 months trying it that,"It was a lousy job."
"but I was not to worry because he will get another one."
Hey I am not worried we owe taxes for 2005, 2006,2007 and soon to be 2008.
I look forward to not having joint tax return in 2009.

should you be considering buying a horse then if you have so much debt>

Wow, things don't seem to be going too good for him...I would be happy as heck too not to file joint in 2009. How is the looking doing on the horse? Have a wonderful day...Love and Hugs

I know that seems sensible to you. These debt's are HIS.
I have been enabling him the last 16 years by me paying his debts.
I could live in rags and on bread and water for the rest of my life paying his bills and he would still be living the same life style.
Now I have disability He should step up to the mark and be the responible one.
Besides, this horse is about half the price of the medication Avonex is to take for one month. It is not a high priced animal.
I can live within my means.
He needs to learn how live within his means.
He had already lost us our house which we had for 20 years.
It is rather along story.
