  I'm not doing too badly Ms. Allie, nice to hear from you. Sorry you're having to keep to such a heavy load of meds....let's keep our fingers crossed for an improvement and less pills rattling around that body of yours! I keep my meds to a minimum, but I do pay for it....I'm ramping up my exercises a little and doing extra stretches....I will prevail!!! love, light and peace 'til we "talk" again....

  Spreading Christmas cheer!! Yes I know its early but it is my favorite time of year. The best thing in the world happened, Jesus' birth!! I pray you are doing well and not hurting to bad.   Hey honey, I see you're not doing to well. I hear you. This weather is doing me in, and I've been working my butt off, and it's just wearing me out on top of it all. I've been too busy to get on the computer much, but I've missed you all so much. I think about you and your mom a lot, and needed to check in. Hang in there honey. I'm going to try to give at least 15-30 mins. a day to DS. It's just hard because in order to get to everyone, I need to spend about 4 hours, and I just don't have time for it. I barely have the 15 mins. available at this point. But wanted to pass along some flower to brighten up your face! Not that it needs much, you have such a beautiful smile. Stick with it. You always make me smile when I see you happy! Gentle hugs, hon!!!!
