  I am still here. I'm not going anywhere! I quieted down, because there are others here who need a chance to show that they know how to dig for info too! My biggest Kudos goes to Wynona, for her Epsom salt post!!

  I am just getting thru from day to day.  I'm not bothered by the date of my surgery changing. It works into my schedule better being on the 8th!  I am, however, frustrated with my present diet. Kim and I decided to start early with the pre-op diet so we could have time to practice tightening it down. I haven't lost an oz.

So, now what? I walked at the mall last night and actually enjoyed it, but I think I am gonna go in the mornings instead of the evenings. i don't like alot of people around and that is enough to keep me from going.

  So I'll go in the mornings when just the walkers are there.  That should help some at least!
