Hate Exercise? Mood

Me too! So I am finding all kinds of things to do instead!  last week, I caddied for my husband at the golf course! That was a lot of fun together time and a GREAT walk! there are hills and ditches (read water hazards) to cross, and we just had fun! I had never thought to accompany him before! nor had he ever thought to offer, but I was looking for something active to do and he wanted to play golf so WHAMO! I got peanut butter in his Chocolate! 

 

Yesterday, I mowed the back yard! Whew! THAT was a workout! We don't have a riding lawn mower, just a push mower, so it really kicked my butt! but I like doing stuff like this, where I am actually accomplishing something like the lawn mowing while getting the same workout I would get if I went jogging! I always feel like I should be doing something more constructive when I take time to just exercise, and then I get bored too, so the other activity = exercise works better for me!
