My appointment went prefectly! Doc said I am right where I should be! He was impressed with my walking and my food choices. It was just what I needed to hear!!!

My blood tests were great! All on my numbers were within normal range except my iron, but I had just come off my monthly when I had them done. I also wasn't able to take my supplements as consistantly as I should until now, so the iron numbers will come up!

Today I had to go to Walgreens to get my Prevacid refilled. I found the Caltrate Petites! They are a liitle less in calcium then the others, but until I am sure I can take my calcium and multi at the same time consistantly, I will be using these!
