  Hi, Krystl- I'm not a doctor, obviously, but take botox injections every 3/1/2- to 4 months. I'm also on Neurontin, Lorazapam, Luvox, and a sleeping medication, non-narcotic variety, as when I lie down all my neck, shoulder muscles to go into spasms, and I can't sleep.   Wow.. Janelle!!! I was just reading a post of yours and was looking at your picture and thought.. "Now why would she be posting a picture of her daughter instead of herself" I looked at your profile to see if it was a bigger picture.. I think it might be you but I'm not totally sure.. If it is you.... you look like you are about 20 years younger!! .. I am not joking!!.. WOW!

  i forgot to mention what i think about our new snow..i'm really enjoying it..i'm a winter person and always love the first snow!!..since i'm pretty much housebound the cold weather outside doesn't bother me..i can sit by our fireplace and look out my windows and enjoy the world covered in white!! karen ;0)

  hi janelle..it is really a small world..dr.a was my dr. until our insurance made me change drs..which i wasn't happy about because he was the only dr who stuck with me until we found a diagnosis..he was willing to be progressive in treating me even before the dx..and more so after we found out what we were dealing with..he is a little quirky..but i think that is what makes him the great dr. that he is..you are definitely in good hands!! it's too bad that howard isn't able to use the baclofen pump..or oral baclofen anymore..i got my pump 3 years ago..it took us almost 2 years to get to where we are getting the maxium benifits from it..even though it's not perfect or going to cure my dystonia it has it has made my life alot better.. thanks for the hug and for requesting to have me as a friend..i look forward to getting to know you..and maybe sometime we could talk on the phone..take care my new friend!! karen hopefully dr. a will be able to help find something that will give your husband more relief something that will help him get the most out of his life..

  Sorry I have not been on here much, but have started my new job at the school(teaching assistant) and its going realy well. I work with two boys one age 7 and the other age 10, they both have dyslexia like me, The 10 year old would not even look at me in the class room, but now he always smiles and says thank you for helping him.The 7 year lod on the other hand still dont want to look at me, but I'm hoping to change that this week for he needs to learn his alpabet and for this he needs a one to one and thats me, so hopefuly he too will get to like me in the same way. I love this job and its made such a difference to the way I see myself, not just dyslexic but knowing I can do some good and pass on my confidence. HUGS JAA
