  Long is good! Thanks, I'll keep these thoughts in mind. FYI I see my surgeon for the first time on monday. And I have been very good about the exercise. 1 hr a day right now. I want to go into this deal with a little momentum. I'll talk to you later, and thanks for you imput. Quite frankly, I didn't expect that through of a response!

  How are you doing? I'm ok. sort of worried as I have put a little weight back on. My 34 jeans are getting a little snug. I go in Tuesday for 2 year follow up. Then the next tues. i have cancer followup. Hoping its all ok. Again I hope you are doing well.

  Nothing planned for the weekend here. I'm hoping for much of nothing to do for a change. Been on the move so much lately, that a weekend of just sitting around reading a good book would be so welcome! LOL
