Journal Entry for August 25, 2007
Hello All:
This is my first journal entry here. I am greatful for this chance. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I had my husband taken …
I am interested in gardening, cooking and my faith. I run a school kitchen and cook for approximately 900 students and staff. I am married to a newly diagnosed bi-polar, depressed man who has been unemployed for 4 years now. I have many decisions to make....soon. My sons are supposrtive but they are more fed up than I am. All of us are dealing with lots of anger and resentment. I am seeking help so that I can think clearly and be strong again, as I once was.

When life’s trials steal your joy And memories hard surround your heart When pain ova takes and settles in your soul It’s heaven alone can make you whole. i hope u feel better soon my friend heres a hugg to hold onto until then!
How can I help you? I can first start by sending you a hug, and tell you that everything will pass in time, including your husbands moods. I can say that even people who aren't bipolar, can be drained by having to deal with the people who are. You might not experience what he's feeling, but you are experiencing his same emotions through the environmental factor. If your husband can get too hard to deal with and you seem to get too exhausted at times, maybe the best option is to put him in the hands of a caring professional who would be able to give him the one on one treatment that he needs that you just don't know how to because you don't understand how he's feeling. I hope my advice helps, and I hope you and your husband's relation begins to improve and you both become stronger through this. =) Princess
I am married to a man that has just been diagnosed as bi-polar. It is a relief, I feel some hope now, but I am also terrified! I need to talk to someone. I think someone who is like me, married to a bi-polar individual....but maybe I could gain insight from you too? Searching - CJGEE
