I let smoking be my stress reliever...but NO MORE =) I grew up playing sports and being every active. I still love being active but now that I am divorcing I'm ready to leave the nasty habit I continued as a connection to my stbx....If that makes sense.

- Chantix Somewhat Helpful
- I'm on day 8, I can tell a positive difference, but When I'm very stressed I still want to smoke and am giving in a few times a day
