The Value of a Smile
It costs nothing, but creats much good. It
enriches those who recieve it without
improverishing those who give it away. It
happens in a flash but the memory of it can
last forever. No one is so rich that he can
get along without it. No one is too poor to
feel rich when receiving it. It creates
happiness in the home , fosters good will in
buisness, and is the countersign of friends.
It is rest to the weary, daylight to the
discouraged, susnshine to the sad, and
natures best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed,
or stolen for it is something of no earthly
good to anybody until it is given away willingly.

Just a short note. Alex is out of town working will be
home later tonight or tomorrow. I have been working on
finding my birth family. i have all the paper in the
mail to Sacremento, California where my adoption records
have been in storage. I have many blessing to be thankful
for.I'm praying I will get the answer to who my birth
family really is. I would like to thank my birth Mothe
for all that she gave to me. Well I'm goping to go and
rest for a while. Take care and have a peaceful week-end.

Wow! I didn't know you were adopted. I wish you much luck in finding your biological family. You were so blessed to find someone who could love you---at least I hope thats how the situation was for you :) I hope you get some rest before Alex gets home and you can spend some time together. suzanne ,as you know i was adopted as a baby too ,to the two most wonderful ,caring and loving parents i could have wished for.its funny as ive nev er felt the need to find my brth mother ,but having thought about it ,i would like to see her just to thank her for the self less act that brought both me and my mum and dad so many years of happiness.
