Today is my special day. i was born 59 years ago in Phoneix , Ariz. I don't remember much of my first 7 years other than a year ago I found my 2 birth brothers. It has been wonderful to get to know them both. I was adopted into a wonderful family. We had a lot of fun birthday parties sometimes I shared mine with my dad on father's day. Mom always made the cake with boiled frosting which stood on a beautiful cake plate & stand.
One year we went to the beach with my grandmother and brothers & sisters. We all need to be remembered on our very special day.
I have tried to teach my children that even a gift from a dollar store will be fine. It is the thought that counts,
This afternoon Julie and Brandon will bring my birthday cake. I was so surprised. So maybe my daughter is growing up after all.
Yesterday little Brandon was on the school bus for 2 hrs. they had a sub driver and she didn't know to take him to day care. The regualr driver hadn't kept up with his paper work. So she finally brought Brandon to me. Which they were very lucky I was at home.
