8/29 Spent the afternoon taking care of my new granddaughter...just a month old. She's so beautiful and its such a joy to see a new start. And I kept thanking the lucky stars that this disease is not heredited. I think that would bother me more than any of my trials....that I might have have passed it to such a new life...one with so much ahead of her. She actually seemed to relax against my arm tremor. My daughter thought I should see that as an unexpected blessing from PD..."the ability to calm a fussy baby".. Ha Ha.....got to see the humor and joy.
