Good for you. It's hard to do but you'll be so glad that you did. I've been smoke free for 20 years. It took a real long time for the cravings to go away so don't get discouraged.

Thank you for your journal comments. I have had too much experience with pregnancy loss and infant loss to not get a picture in my 6th pregnancy.

I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter Maya -she is a wondeful loving soul - and I am blessed to be her mom

Jack is our wonderfully gregarious 5 year old.. who definitely challenges us with his energy at times.. he is silly, loving and amazing..

we lost Ella at 23wks...many of you know me from the miscarriage and stillbirth group..
Open Bereavement
I lost my daughter Ella Louise when I was 6mths pregnant.. this past July 07..I am grieving and trying to move on without her..
Treatments

- I have never cried so much in my life.. it was delayed a bit at first because I of my delivery. I almost died myself and as a result I now deal with anxiety.. but crying does help sometimes
- Grief Counseling Working / Worked
- I have been in counseling for almost a year.. it has been a beacon of light guiding me through all my feelings..
- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- I am blessed with two other children and a wonderful husband that keep me going

- I pray often .. sometimes its healing and sometimes it isn't

- soothes my heart to be with family and friends.. but its still so hard that she isn't with us..

- DS has been so helpful - knowing I am not alone..

- time helps.. but the ups and downs sometimes bring me right back to when I lost her..
