I've decided to start keeping track of how many days I've gone without purging. This is day 2.
Day 8
Breakfast- 3 eggs
Lunch-Sushi Land-not sure what they are all called but I can explain, two crab rolls, two egg thingys, veggie tempura, 6 mini avocado rolls, fried tofu, two bean curd things. I think thats it actually.
Costco samples- some type of provolone cheese (YUMMY), a cracker with cream cheese and a couple pieces of sun dried tomatoes, small little sample cup of tomatoe soup, sample cup of some juice thing.
dinner-two red potatoes, 4 oz salmon, 4 strawberries.
