I've decided to start keeping track of how many days I've gone without purging. This is day 2.
Day 5
Today has been a good day and i feel good about what i ate honestly.
Breakfast. 1 cup special K 120 cal, 1/2 cut 1% milk 100 cal=220
Lunch, Salad spinach 20 cal, radish, cheese 120, snap peas 40 cal. Pork Chop164, Rice 191 =535
dinner- protein shake, 1 cup milk 100 cal, 1 bananna 133, 2 tbs peanutbutter 190, protien powder. =423
TOTAL=1178-I really needed to eat more apparently! My goal is 1900-2100 in order to lose weight. hmmmm....I am kinda hungry now!
