well it has been a long time since I have written anything and that's because I haven't much to write about.....low on energy, high on pain, so have been saving my energy for doing jobs around the house and the garden. growing organic veggies and plants are important to me and my diet to feel as possibly good as I can, which isn't great on the best of days, but hey c'est la vie, have to accept that is now what it is and go from there. this sounds callous but have decided to cut all more or less all the people off my friend's list, except a few who have kept in touch all the time. I mean no harm to anyone doing this, however it's been a long time since I have been in touch with 90% on the list. If anyone would like to get back in touch do write. I have trouble with my memory so it may need jogging a bit!

I feel like i should write something but i don't know what.....people ask, did you get the results ? yes, what were they ? negative , oh, good I say, otherwise I would be well on the way to the other side whatever that may be.....so your'e ok, no not at all, but th results are ok, yes, but but, i'm stil sick, still under the hospital, the neurologists.....don't you just hate being sick for never ending, you try to shine through your illness, but some people only see your illness , they may not say it, but you can see it in their faces, in their eyes.
still we carry on for as long as we're here, glad for the happy moments.
i hope we all get more of them !!

I no that feeling:) I have had Sarcoidosis for as long as I care to remember sometimes the joint pain is so bad all I can do is keep still, I get that look to they dont say a thing but you know what their thinking!
And heres to many more happy moments!!!!!!!!!!!

well hasn't it been a long winter?! time can sure drag at times !! just got m to pop off the perch in the enxt few months, they think, not from they thought I had anyway.
Re spinal tap, if you already suffer from a severe headache, think carefully before you have it, I thought for 3 weeks I had gone to hell and back.........

I think about you every day and worry how you are feeling. I wish I could get my hands ins oil and just plant away. To me I guess it would make me feel better!! Wish there was that I could do!!

Organic veggies are the best Yumm!!My Uncle in Law does the same thing and he brings us some when he can Hubby not to big on them but more fore me:)
I do understand how you feel because at times with this Sarcoid, I dont have alot of energy. This thing drain you at times.
