take each day as it comes and hope it's going to be a good one and make the most of it ! love gardening, nature, mountains, music, wish I could go out dancing more ! Have trouble with my back, well a lot of pain, had 3 surgeries on the lower part of it and have a lot of sciatica and weakness, top discs are causing a fair amount of trouble now as well ..... lots of muscular pain and a darn migraine like headache that has lingered 24/7 for 2and a half years.. vertigo... had a complete thyroidectomy, small cancer, otherwise the rest is in good shape ! oh of course, self explanatory, i have memory loss, some form of brain probem still searching for a diagnosis, enough to have a neuro on my case most of the time! like meeting new people but don't get out much any more and have just really discovered the wonderful world of the internet. Have 2 kids, luckily I had them young so now they are grown up.

24/7 migraine for 2 years now...well it turns out not to be a migraine but not enough blood going through the brain? why? who knows , the docs don't! the pain is like a migarine but it makes you feel like you are dying as well.

Daily back pain and i've had 3 back surgeries. top of spine giving a lot of problems and pain, trouble writing, holding stuff. First surgery included a laminectomy......disectomy and subarticular depression.....the next 2 were pretty tough and painful.
