When I first found this site, I was just about at the end of my rope. I wanted to run away. I just couldn't cope with the problems I was facing. Thanks to DS, I'm feeling better. My new friends here are awesome!! I'm a vietnam vet's wife and the mother of an Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom vet and I'm proud of their service to our country. I also have a daughter who has blessed my life with two wonderful granddaughters. I try to be thankful for something everyday.

I love peaceful music, and try to keep a certain balance in my life even when everything around me is Chaos. I am a peacemaker, caregiver, and I try to do the best I can by every one I meet. I believe in miracles. I'm proud to be an American and I support our troops.

Sending hugs from Geezers. Decided to go round all and see just who is in this group as we dont seem to meet up on site. Found such a variety it would be great if we got to know each other more. Dont really get to know someone just reading their profiles. If you need any extra support or such please ask us in the group. My hubby is 100% ptsd and at times it isnt easy for the other. That would probably make a good topic actually when you think about it. As must be hard for them knowing what it has done to their family. The shame they feel about it and it isnt their fault.
