Well My appt was for 9:30 am then they decided that I would have to be there at 8:00am and what happens we get a huge snow storm. So we start out at 6:00am and get stuck twice on the way. We then make it out just to have the road blocked up ahead by an overturned tanker truck. So we back track and I of course am calling and explaining the situation to the doctors office. We get ourselves back on track and the doctors office calls me back and they explain that the doctor can not stay in the office that long and can we please reschedule. My insurance is done tomorrow because my husband just recently got fired and so the insurance company says that we only have coverage til the end of January. I explain this to the doctors office and let them know I need to be seen now because I am having lots of problems and need a diagnosis. My family doc says that he thinks I have rheumatoid arthritis or lupus and the blood test is not backing it up so I needed to see a rheumatologist. There response sorry but the doctor just really can't stay any longer. So we turned around and headed home, we used a 1/4 tank of gas that I didn't have the money to use but you know they are doctors why would they give a crap.


Sorry had to vent the whole thing really me off. It took me 3 months to get that appt. and now I am screwed until we can come up with insurance. Life is sucking right now and I am usually a very positive person. It was just a crappy day.
