Close Anxiety
I have had anxiety my whole life. It got to the point where I would make myself throw up and take over the counter pills everyday to help. My anxiety has gotten better but there are still times when I get a full out anxiety attack.
Treatments
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I had no side effects and it seems to be helping a lot. I am now able to live my life.
Close Stress Management
Things get stressful in my life with friends, school, and even sometimes family. I get to the point sometimes where I completely break down/melt down. I haven't found a good way to relieve stress but I am working on it.

Open College Stress
I am a senior at North Central College and I am a triple major. My schedule gets very crazy especially when in the school year. I also teach a second grade class at my church.
