I AM MARRIED TO A GREAT BLOKE, WE BOTH HAVE ISSUES WITH WEIGHT CONTROLL AND ARE TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT PERMENTLY. WE HAVE TWO SPRINGER SPANIELS AND I LOVE WALKING THEM. I LOVE SOCIALISING HENCE MY BATTLE WITH THE BULGE. I REALLY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT FOR HEALTH AND BEAUTY REASONS BUT I REALSISE IT WON'T JUST HAPPEN, I NEED TO UNDERSTAND IT'S NOT A DIET I NEED BUT A CHANGE IN LIFE STYLE.

I have been overweight for the most of my life, to one degree or another. I now need to loose 3 stone but would love to loose four. My weight varies between 12 and 14 stone most of the time and i have never reached my targe weight what ever diet i've been on. I am now on the cambridge diet which i have not done before (one of the very few i haven't)i'm only on day 3 but so far so good, i've read about some amazing results but i appreciate it's not going to be easy.
