      I have tried all kinds of diets to no avail right now I'm involved with an eating disorder group called eda checck out their web sight I'm just starting this group as it is fairly new in our area for me right now is the connection to people that have the same feelings I do

      was helpful till I quit
      Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
      when I stay at it
      LA Weight Loss Working / Worked
      started doing good and they closed down
      NutriSystem Working / Worked
      stopped getting it when I lost my job
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      did 2 years of going to gym did well till i got complacant
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      again worked if you follow it
      Gastric Bypass Surgery Considering
      just starting the journey first appointment mid june
