Today I did good. I have consumed about 1580 calories through out the day, and taken my starch blockers with three of my meals. I believe carb blockers work, cause I can feel the difference when I take them 10 minutes before a starchy meal. I'm not as tired, and I don't feel a rush right after I eat something with carbs when I take them. So something must be working right.
This is the second day of my diet. I'm trying to lose 20-30lbs, and trying to not track my progress by the scale for the first 3 weeks as I'm just starting and don't want to feel discouraged. I just changed my gym and joined the YMCA.
My first goal for this week (August 17-August 24) is to burn off 400 calories at the gym for 5 days out of the 7.
