I gained 20lbs when I joined the army, and trying to knock off 30lbs.
Treatments
- 3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
- I find that if I eat every 3 hours, I'm not as hungry
- Atkins Diet Somewhat Helpful
- A few years ago, I tried a lower carb diet and it worked but I love carbs too much
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I just watch my calories and right now I'm trying to eat 1200-1800 calories daily
