i need help! my husband has taken all money out of bank.He has our daughter at his moms and says she cant come home. I have no money for a lawer,He filed for divorce on 1/12.I am still living in the family home.I dont know where to get the money that is rightfully mine.Im a stay at home mom with no resourses.I own a home,stocks,life ins,equity line.Dont know what to do.
