THANKSGIVING WASN'T ALL THAT BAD!!! It was actually very calm. We ended up spending it at home. We were supposed to go to a friends house on Thursday but she had to change plans because her mom was having a big Thanksgiving day dinner and wanted her family there. After all it was her baby girl's first Thanksgiving and who was I to get in the way of her spending it with her Grandma. I was sick so my son did most of the cooking anyway. It was actually pretty funny. We put the turkey on the night before so I woke up at 9 am (on my couch) to the sound of him making mashed potatoes. I said. "Hey what are you doing?" And he said, "making dinner" like I had asked the stupidest question ever. I said "Hey--It's 9 am and we're not eating yet---so wait till later to finish cooking ok honey?" Of course he agreed that it was too early. It was nice though. I watched movies and laid on the couch ALL DAY!!! Hope all went well with all of you. Have a great day!!! Love, Jen
