Just to say hello to everyone. My weight is down to 191. I am proud of myself as I am usually bad with the sweets. After my three-day stay at the hospital last month, I decided to really watch what I'm eating. I did have one low fat ice cream , but I think I'm doing good. I walk with my husband or by myself every day. I don't eat pork. Mostly chicken. I make soups, stews, and like cottage cheese and fruit. I am eating more fruit than I did before. I also am trying to stay away from bread. If I make a sandwich it is with Turkey on Whole wheat bread. God bless you all and keep trying. sharon
