  I 'm so happy to hear that you are doing fine! Glad that ur loosing weight with not much effort.I wish I could say the same.Colitis is still hiding and I hope never to find it again lol.As for my weight! I'm not sure why I'm not loosing? I will try this one diet it called Almased and it comes from Europe.So my sister & friend swears on it.goole it out if you like.Hope to hear from you soon.

  Happy belated B-day.I'm glad that everything is still going good for you.Here with me ...all is good.My little one had the flu so I was pretty busy keeping her comptable.Just hope that my son or I don't get sick since my hubby still lives in iowa so i am on my own.Good to hear from you.

  doing better every day. the meds that they gave me made me tired all the time. went to my pc and not the cardo and she changed them. so i am on the way now . will start cardio rehab the 26. how is work . i really miss working around the children. please keep in touch mawmaw

  There a little chocolate for hanging in...this one has no cal.LOL I really really hope that you are on the way to great health.I'm sooooooo happy for you. I still going strong,feels good to feel like a normal person,right? Keep me posted!
