PS: I've read that going barefoot on 'earth' is good for us because it grounds us so we can rid ourselves of all the positive (bad) ions that accumulate. It is why we feel so good when we garden or go to the beach etc. Plus, flowing water releases negative ions (good) that we can absorb!

Also love the bit of science Prairie left for ya.......I'd always heard that about being near the ocean but now I know it's about "going barefoot on the earth"......that's why gardening and digging in the dirt or even just watering with a hose feels so good! xo
