Good Wednesday morning my friends.
I'm just quickly checking in!
I'm having one of those "remember you have CFIDS?" crashes! You know.....you were kinda on a roll, then BAM! you're back in bed?? Yep, I'm in the midst of one of those!
This morning, a major answer to prayer! The idiots doing the construction on the next street didn't make a sound, not a peep, till eight thirty, and guess who was still sound asleep?? Moi! Yes......I need this sleep so badly! Our sleep is never really refreshing, but totally necessary, as we all know. What you DON'T need during a crash is an inability to keep rested. So the good Lord shut those machines off for an extra hour today, so I could start some catching up!
Bobby said at seven he went outside and looked down the street to see if they were even there. He said he saw all of them, but they were quiety filling in holes. Busy, busy, busy......but they were quiet!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!
My goal for today folks......a shower! Yep. Day five in bed and I've had it. I can wash up every night, it won't matter to me. I need to get in the shower to feel clean, period! I have one of those doohickey chairs that you sit on, which I have yet to use, but I'm extrememly weak and dizzy...so today, I might have to. It's ok. I need to feel clean and a bit refreshed, then I'll put myself back to bed.
I miss Bobby! I can't get down the stairs during crashes....well, I can get down, but I can't get back up, so I don't go down. Only one floor separates us, but in the evening when he is downstairs watching TV and I'm upstairs doing the same thing, it just all seems so sad to me. He comes up and checks on me, and brings me my meals, and plays my video games from the end of the bed, just to be beside me. I love him. I really do.
Krystin came over yesterday to clean! I raised a good one, huh??? lol....no serusly! She did the floors and scoured the kitchen and things smell really fresh around here. I'm so thankful I have her. There's nothing my daughter wouldn't do for me....and vice versa. It's wonderful when your kids grow up, and you see that they have turned out to be someone who loves and respects others, and lives by the principles on which you raised them. It just brings tears to my eyes when I think how proud of her I am.
Well, enough of this. I have to go lay down again. I'm getting a new battery for my laptop, so I had to walk into another room to write my journal. I can't sit for long....saving all energies for husband huggies and SHOWER!!!

Thank you for all your kind comments yesterday on the loss of Jazzy!! I will miss her greatly!

Dear Darla, so glad the construction guys kept quiet for you.
You will come out of this...it's just taking a bit of time but we will help you along.

Darla, you have it bad, the CFIDS, I mean. I remember being the same way. Hopefully you will come out of this and gain a good level of energy, enough to get through the day. Your Bobby and Krystin are wonderful people. God bless you! Feel better soon. I know the shower will feel good!

I hear you, dear. I write you from my laptop in bed. The people behind me are building a garage. Lemme tell you, it may be going quickly from THEIR side of the fence, but from mine? I do NOT need to hear that pneumatic nail gun at too early o'clock!
Good luck with the shower. I did that yesterday .. today? Nope. Maybe not tomorrow either! It's good we're learning to roll w/the punches!
