Iv'e been there before. Last year lost 50 lbs going to weight watchers. You need the support of others to help.The key for me is to continue exercising and I've learned to enjoy it and make it a part of my life. It hepls to relive stress too.

Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I am a newly married 23 year old who is about 20 pounds over weight. Since I stopped dancing for the University of Kentucky, my weight has ballooned to the point where I feel out of control. I am an emotional eater and have recently been battling with bulemia. Maintaining control is what has been the hardest thing for me.
Treatments
- 6 Week Body Makeover Not Working
- This diet would probably work if I could stick with it. You don't get to eat much and none of it can be processed. I don't have that much time to cook. Not practical.
- Dancing Working / Worked
- I LOVE TO DANCE!!!! Great workout... helped me stay lean for a very long time. Videos aren't as good as being on a team, though.
- Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
- I'm not very good at sticking to eating less and eating healthier. I love junk food.
- eDiets Not Working
- I hated this program. It's expensive and boring.

I recently got married to a wonderful guy, and in almost every aspect of our lives we have the perfect marriage. The problem is, we both suffer from sexual dysfunction- he's a premature ejaculator and I experience pain during sex about 75% of the time. No matter what I try, I can't seem to get him to understand my frustration...
Open Painful Intercourse
A few years back, I began using the Nuvaring contraceptive. Ever since, I have had increasing amounts of pain during sex. Once I stopped using it, the pain decreased a great deal, but still occurs after about 9 months. I was married on May 19th of this year, and the issue has had an effect on our sex life the entire time we've been together.
