Was like bath water. It was wonderful! The cool breeze against my wet bathing suit and skin and the warm water was incredible it was like a bath tub. I loved it. My hair had sand in it and the salt did a number on it. All the conditioner didn't really help it was harsh, but worth it. We ate like kings and all that fresh crab and shrimp made my cholesterol sky rocket I'm sure, but it was divine. Expensive too eating on the water and watching the red fish right beside us. Could have put in a pole and caught a few as we ate dinner and had them cleaned and cooked the next day. MIke brought his tackle but wasn't in the mood. We made pina colada's with coconut rum and coconut milk and fresh pinnapple and ice (not too good for my figure) but very refreshing. Delicious!! I brought back half a pound of homemade chocolate walnut fudge for the kids so that will be gone by tomorrow and the temptation will be gone. I bought a new bathing suit and Mike bought me some silver earings and an anklet. Three nights and a day. Was lots of fun and I'm brown and relaxed. There was no telephone or t.v. in the room. Just rocking chairs on the veranda and celing fans. The Inn was built 100 years ago and has a ghost. I liked it. I go there most of the time when I go to the island. I like Port A because it's just a fishing island and there isn't anything fancy, you can just go about in shorts and a tank top and flip flops every day all day long. I really needed to get away from Austin and the heat and finally the temperature has dropped below 104. We are now in the high 90's but believe me it makes a difference.
