Close Eating Disorders
I've at an eating disorder since I was 16. I got help when I was 24. Everyday is a battle..somedays I win and some days I lose. BUT I'm still FIGHTING!!!
Treatments
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- I went for a brief time. I found it helpful, but at the same time it could be triggering.
- Lexapro Not Working
- It gave me insomnia.
- Prozac Not Working
- Bad drug for me! It made me more anxious and I wanted to jump off a bridge.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- This is helpful
- Topamax Working / Worked
- Stopped my binging (and therefore, purging)
- Zoloft Not Working
- It made me want to jump of a cliff.
Close Bipolar Disorder
Just found out I am bipolar today and just need support.
Treatments
- Abilify Too Soon to Tell
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Have been using for anxiety for years.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Too Soon to Tell
- Currently working through a workbook I bought recently.
- Lamictal Not Working
- Seroquel Not Working
- Aweful! I hated this med! Messed with my blood sugar and made a zombie.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- I love this med. It helped my binging a lot, I think it is helping my mood too.
- Yoga Working / Worked
- Calms and centers me.
