Close GERD & Heartburn

One night I ate some beef fajita and i thought i was going to die. I thought i had an intestinal bug, so it went away after a week or so. then i ate some paella and ended up in the emergency room. the pain was so bad but they sent me home and told me to take rolaids. its now over a year now and ive had about four episodes. i cannot eat beef of any kind or heavy sauces. orange juice is out of the question. if i do i get very bad nausea, lightheaded and my stomach doesnt growl for days at a time.

Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful

it works for a while, but then all of a sudden something else triggers my gerd.

Nexium Not Working

it worked for about six months and then it stopped.

Prevacid Not Working

worked for a while and stopped.

Protonix Working / Worked

so far its working, but i drank alot of red wine a few nights ago and thought i was going to die. i ended up taking double the dose that day. and it works.

Close Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)

I am a single mother of a four year old boy, most of the time I consider him an angel, but then the devil comes out.:)
