When i learned of the double suicide of two sisters, One of which was a dear friend. It was shocking to say the least. Nothing to do with hiv but all the same just as painful. One thing that i did learn is that when your friends go quiet and you don't hear from them, never assume that everything is ok.. silence may be clue that all is not right. So pick up the phone and call. You just never know how much that call is needed..

Well i now find my hiv undetectable and the cd4 is now starting to recover a little from what it was...    Life just don't seem much of a bitch these days. It's now been 9 months since i started the meds. So i guess everything in that respect is going in the right direction.. A big hello to all my friends old and new. I hope to catch up with you all very soon..
