Well, that's what I have right now.
But seriously, I've been having non-stop issues struggling with my weight and my nail biting, and it's driving me a bit nuts. I'm not that stressed out, and yet I find myself doing the panic eating thing around 3-7PM every day, when I am just starving. I've done the snacking thing, I've tried eating earlier/later, carbs/no carbs, and it all ain't working.
Ah, maybe I'm just getting old.
Still, life is good. Don't mind my whining.
I hope y'all are doing OK, battling this recession and staying healthy.







I know you can conquer these demons when you put your mind to it! You've done it before.

Whine away. That's what we're here for! Do you garden at all? Grubbing in the dirt makes you forget everything for a while (plus..it burns off calories). Give it a whirl. Nancy

Don't forget to through in that exercise every now and then. Doing squat exercises often help me. ^_^ If you feel the need to bite your nail, just sit on your hands. It won't work all the time but it's a great way to break the habit.

being plump and biting your nails will not offend God honey,but if you must stop then a rubber band on your wrist which you flick everytime you find yourself biting will work.hahaha i bite mine too,though as a female i can stick on fake ones,smile.
