Doug, Hi it's MaryAnne. I'm a NEWBIE. Your life sounds like mine, family and travel wise as priorities...as to your biting your nails. I could give you the Whoopi Goldberg treatment and tell you that "everything you touch, door knobs, lift a toilet seat, public handrails all have THINGS alive and well and living in those spaces that have now transfered to your hands and they love to get up under your nails, even when you wash your hands, do you do it long enough and use a scrub brush every time?" You see...I LOVE Whoopi's putting it like that and saying ALL THAT ends up in your mouth, you are eating it ALL every time you bite your nails whether or not you bite them and spit 'em out. Who wants their fingers in their mouth?? Yech! So there you have it. From a 47 year old woman in Toronto Canada to a 37 year old man in Los Angeles California, isn't the YUK BLECH SPITOOEY factor worth a thought next time hand goes to mouth? Blech! Just THINK about it. You'll go "blech" but then smile, wash your hands and pick up your kids and give them a hug. Kiss the wife, too! lol Best wishes to all! MaryAnne
