Ray of Sunshine
After I lost Dad, and the rest of the family more or less steered clear of us in our hour of need, I got used to ignoring the holidays for the most part. Thanksgiving is usually just another day to me...but it's ok, I am used to that now. I have been clearing a section of my property that grew up in weeds and sedges...it gives me a lot of satisfaction to still be able to accomplish a little now and then.

Hi angel Donna, Joe, Fluffy, Toby, and family! :) sending lots of love, and our very best positive energy. :) wishing you all comfort, healing, and peace. :) We hope you're resting well, and we hope Joe is enjoying the games. :) We're keeping you all very close withn our hearts, and in our thoughts and prayers. :) We hope you enjoy watching your shows tonight. :) very soon, American Idol's new season will be beginning, with Ellen as one of the new judges, it's gonna be really amazing to see the new style show. :) they had some tryouts for American Idol here in CT. :) i saw on the early show, they showed an ice skating rink, an outdoors one, opened in Chicago. :) very nice! :) it's a wonderful time of the year. :) Lots of great things going on, and many very special memories being made. :) Thanksgiving week is in full effect! :) Thank you so very much, for all of your wonderfully heart warming comments, warm well wishes, and hugs. :) my family and i deeply appreciate everything with all of our hearts. :) my mom and Kayla says hi. :) We're enjoying a nice day. :) Kayla's continuing to get well. :) She bought some Barbie's today at walmart. :) We had a super fun shopping adventure. :) i bought some birthday gifts for my mom and Alyssa, and also bought some goodies, treasures, including a snowflake cookie cutter. :) the shopping adventure went really well. :) We're very excited about Thanksgiving. :) my mom bought some Thanksgiving supplies at the store today. :) on wednesday i'm gonna make some homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread. :) It's gonna be an amazing week, and lots of very special memories to be made. :) Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. :) on the way home from the store today, i treated myself to a peach iced tea. :) It's delicious. :) i've been enjoying some nice quality time here on DS today, and also watching football. :) We are looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving with everyone. :) We send our love, warm frienddship wishes, caring thoughts, many blessings, and lots of super big happy friendship hugs, and happy Thanksgiving smiles, from CT. :) Take care, enjoy a lovely rest of the day. :) SMILE! :) here comes Thanksgiving!!! :)

Thanks for inquiring about me, Donna. I'm muddling along as usual, feeling a little better than I was last week. I was starting to get that desolate, hopeless feeling in the evening like I used to get after losing Dad, but it wasn't too bad last night. How are you holding up? it is completely understandable, isnt it Donna....he must have his whole world going round in circles, the loss will be huge and he wont be able to think of anything else for a long while - after that, I am sure he will get comfort from his mothers friends, particularly you. You must miss Jazzy just so much, sweetie, you spoke every day and had such fun, I know. It is so odd, I feel, to think she really is NOT there anymore, somehow not real. When I send some of the Facebook apps out, and have to leave hers out, I feel as if it is impossible to believe......I think I need to send them anyway in fact..:)...she would like that perhaps.....((((((((((DONGYDOLL))))))))) and really truly thinking of you so much......love Crazycat XXXX
