I found a yogi Guru on the internet yesterday that just blew my mind. I will never be a devotee wearing funky clothes and running off to an oshram whatever the hell that is. But I do know the truth that I want in my life when I hear it. I loved these teachings like it opened a door to my soul and clarified my memory of what I have always known. I also picked up a spiritual book and it to sang to me like lover with a story to tell. http://www.spiritualwarrior.org/.
Again, I report that these are pieces to lessons that resonated with me but I would not follow any teacher to the ends of the earth. They have a message and then it is on to the next messenger like a scavenger hunter playing a game. Certainly anything worth seeking I already own within myself and this game is just an awakening to who I know I already AM.
Here is an interesting quote from this book:
"We manifest not by trying to attract to us, but by expressing out from us: Not taking, but giving. When we are sharing that essence in our Soul, the genuinely good things come to us automatically-- you don't have to manipulate, play games, con somebody, or lie to them. The manifestation just starts taking place, and people are attracted to it. "
I have work to do and time to play this week with the kids away. I am going to squeeze in as much as I can. My life is a gift and this experience as Mary Lou is not eternal so.....I'm out to create something wonderful.

Marylou, Whatever gives you peace at this time is to be implemented. No one can fault of life of giving and sharing with others. The Lord spoke that 2000 years ago and his word confirms it. Hugs to you, Sharon

I already have peace in every moment. All I need is to let it in and claim it. The truths of the universe existed long before 2000 years ago. It is nice to slowly recall the beauty of it all ..... even the stuff that is taught beyond my christian comfort zone. Darn labels really do hold us back and separate us from the greater GOoD.

I watched a lot of video of that guru yesterday. He was pure light. I want that knowledge but I doubt I will dress it in that package and label it with funny words. I suck as a follower.
