Hi Lankster- sorry your not enjoying the holidays. I'm not that crazy about them either. Too many expectations and too little family here in AZ - I keep a pretty low profile w/my girls and just 'get by'. I hope your enjoying some fall weather in New England. It finally cooled off here and I'm loving that!!! Take it easy girl and just enjoy the moment.

Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I smoked for 38 years and it was taking it's toll. I could not walk up 5 steps without feeling winded. My hubby had quit and was a constant nag. I had been thinking of quitting for months but had no idea how. I discussed the matter with my doctor and he gave me a prescription for Chantix. Just having that piece of paper was all it took. I went cold turkey 3 days later and I tossed the script after 6 mos.

- Tough only at first. I knew I could stop smoking after 2 weeks of staying quit.

Open Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis runs on both sides of my family. My dad and his sister had advanced osteoporosis, mom and her mom had dowager humps but never underwentthe tests for diagnosis. Mom's sister has osteoporosis and I was diagnosed a year ago with osteopenia...what a surprise
