Close Personality Disorders
Type: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)I was diagnosed with this about 2 years ago.. at first I was very worried and depressed. Over time I have seen myself make some stupid decisions and I can see the similarities with the BPD. But after all this time... It doesn't get in my way and I wont let it affect me.

My anxiety hasn't really been around much lately, but I am finding ways to be able to push the anxiety out when I start to have an attack..
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- It was really hard to do this because I sometimes hyperventilate and it makes it really hard to do this exercise.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- I just have to tell myself that everything is going to be fine and that ill be okay.
Open Lesbian Relationship Challenges
I have been out for more than 2 years now. I went through a lot in the past 2 years, especially with my family. At first it was hard for them to accept, but now they just look at it as what they consider normal.. I am still going through difficulties just like everyone else though..
