I'm a retired Special Needs teacher.Have several health issues, including Osteoarthritis, M.E., Diverticulitis, Heart Attack in '03, Severe Anxiety and Panic Attacks.I'm a humanist and my favourite word is Tomorrow.I'm just reaching out for hope and help, and if I can be of any help to anyone out there, great! Music makes me tick, love my iPod, poetry, art, animals, particuler passion is cats, gardening and nature in general.Theatre, if able to go, but interests are sadly limited these days.My grandchildren are a joy.Photography.Reading.

Had Heart Attack in '03,heart now functioning 50%,affected left ventricle.
Treatments
Open Anxiety
Have had chronic Anxiety for many years and am almost NEVERin a relaxed state.Also have frequent Panic Attacks.It doesn't help that I've had a Heart Attack,and the symptoms are so similar.

- Breathing Exercises Not Working
Open Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Was first given clinical diagnosis of CFS/ME in '88.Then went into remission,back with avengence these last two years.
